Day Programs
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
This program helps you to understand and change unhelpful thinking that may be negatively affecting your day-to-day life. CBT deals with the ‘here and now’ - how your current thoughts and behaviour affects you, now and how to change patterns to function better in the future.
Healthy Body Healthy Mind
This program provides insight into the basics of a healthy lifestyle and how physical health can positively impact overall wellbeing. You will discuss nutrition, diet, exercise, balanced lifestyle, motivation, goal setting and mindfulness.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
This program is for individuals recovering from a mental health diagnosis such as anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder or depression. ACT is based on the principal of accepting what is out of the participant's personal control while committing to action to enrich their life and make it more meaningful.
Psychological Injury
This program is for individuals who have experienced ongoing trauma or psychological injury from an event or setting (such as workplace bullying or harassment, MVA, victim of crime) which has led to depression, anxiety or PTSD.
Addictions First Step
This program is for individuals with an addiction (either substance, gambling or behavioural) in addition to a mental health disorder, such as depression or anxiety. The program requires participants to commit to attendance and to want to change their addictive behaviour
Successful Sleep
This program is for patients with sleep difficulties including chronic insomnia, interrupted sleep, sleep apnoea, and related mental health conditions.
